DUTCH CHERRY PIE

baru lah nak start self trial and da first is pie. I try my bets to enxplain here all the ingredients and method, if anyone wanna ask anything just comment (ada ker?).

THE INGREDIENTS

BUTTER/MARJERIN
 160GM
GULA CASTOR
160GM
(boleh dikurangkan kalau manis sangat,
tapi ikut sukatan nih xde la manis sgt pun)

3 BIJI TELUR

LEMON
KULIT DIPARUT 1 TEA SPOON
(parut yg kuning shj, putih tak nak sebab pahit)

PERAHAN LEMON 1 TABLE SPOON
(lemon nih boleh nak lebihkan, nak bg rasa lemon tuh)
TEPUNG GANDUM ROS
(better ayak duu yer, kot2 la ada kotoran)
120GM
SERBUK BADAM
100GM
CHERRIES
(apa pun boleh..hiasan jer nih)
